Returns & Refunds

• You may return items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

• To begin a return, please contact us via our Help Centre once you have received your item and wish to proceed with a refund.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.

Condition of Returned Items

• Returned items will only be eligible for a refund if they are clean, unused, and free from damage or odour

• Please note that home odours (such as cooking, smoke, pets, or perfumes) may affect refund eligibility. We recommend storing items in a clean, dry, and odour-free environment while awaiting return.

Refund Processing

• Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Delivery & Responsibility

• Relux Collective is not liable for items lost or damaged during return delivery. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items.
