However, we recommend reviewing all product descriptions, condition notes, and imagery carefully before purchasing. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are generally final.
  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days if an item is materially not as described.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
