How It Works
1. Submit Your Item
Begin by completing the Sell to Us form via our contact page.
You will be required to provide valid proof of purchase to help us verify the authenticity of your item.
2. Upload Detailed Photos
Please submit clear, high-quality photos of your item from all angles, including:
• Front, back, sides, and base
• Interior and lining
• Labels, serial numbers, brand stamps, and hardware
Please note: Items without labels or identifiable authentication details will not be accepted.
3. Receive a Pre-Quote
Once we review your submission, we will provide you with a preliminary quote.
This initial offer is designed to save time and ensure expectations are aligned before you ship your item.
4. Ship Your Item
If you accept the pre-quote, you may proceed to ship your item to us.
Kindly note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
5. Authentication Process
Upon arrival, your item will undergo a thorough authentication and quality assessment by our team to ensure it meets Relux Collective’s standards.
6. Final Decision & Payment
After authentication:
• If approved, you will receive payment promptly via your selected select payment method.
• If the item does not pass authentication, it will be returned to you.
