Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected and authenticated before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — £10 or free on orders over £500
All domestic orders are dispatched via [Royal Mail / DPD / Evri / Yodel] with full tracking provided.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery timeframes vary by region:
- Europe — 3–7 business days
- North America — 5–10 business days
- Rest of World (incl. Saudi Arabia) — 7–14 business days
International orders are shipped via [Royal Mail / DPD / Evri / Yodel] with tracking numbers provided at dispatch.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Prices displayed on our site are exclusive of import duties and local taxes for international orders. Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are assessed upon delivery by your local customs authority.
We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Reluxcollectiveuk@gmail.com with your order number or refer to our chat on store front. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reporting a lost shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we reserve the right to charge re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for original shipping costs in these cases.
Packaging
Every Relux Collective order is dispatched in premium, discreet packaging befitting the nature of our curated pieces. We take care to ensure items are protected and presented to the standard our clients expect. Your items are most likely to arrive in its original packaging with a minor defect on the box.
